Open Runs are Back!!!

Tuesdays & Thursdays beginning June 14 from 6-8pm.

We are hoping to add a few new layers to open runs this year but still the same old Ultimate Frisbee will be played.

Ophelia explained…….

Last week we started a count down to the Spartan Invitational and we outlined the start up to Base Training. “The Band” assisted with their song “Ophelia”. Ophelia is a metaphor for this summer.
