Fundraising took off last week….
Essentially 3 fundraisers launched this week, Cow Chip Bingo, The Book of Panthers & Snap Raise. I’ll run through where we are with them real quick and lay out a couple goals.
Cow Chip Bingo:
This really took off faster than I expected and generated some buzz. I love that it’s going to bring promotion to The FarmBanks Invitational, Senior Night, The Book of Panthers and to the Cross Country Program.
5 days since launching Funds Raised:
25 x $10.00 Individual Squares Sold = $250.00 / 2 = $125.00 to the Program
11 x $100.00 Corporate Squares Sold = $1100.00 to the CC Program
Total = $1225.00 Raised
This took off like a rocket! 2 weeks till our home meet, please continue to share this fundraiser.
End Goal
100 Individual Squares sold = $500.00 to the CC Program
25 Corporate Squares sold = $2500.00 to the CC Program
The CC Coaches have been working all summer to build this newsletter. I know it can be goofy and corny at times but I believe this will be a profitable and worth while effort. I say it launched this week mostly because Cow Chip Bingo spiked the website traffic. We are beginning to collect clicks and eyeballs.

Goals
This week Athletes will each be asked to write 1 article for the newsletter this season. The Coaches have done a lot of heavy lifting to make Cow Chip Bingo and The Book of Panthers happen. It a small ask for our Student Athletes. Topics will be laid out for them to chose from. Ask yourself, are school sports an extension of the classroom? I believe this newsletter fits that role.
As our athletes work on their articles I encourage all of you to share and promote this newsletter. Support these athletes as they challenge themself in the classroom and on the running trails.
Snap Raise
Launched on Friday. I believe this is a good fundraiser and it will help us achieve our $ goals. As your supporters send their funds in, I would encourage you to send them “The Book of Panthers”. If athletes get the coaches their supporters email address we can gift them a Paid Subscription to the newsletter so they can follow along with us all season long.
