What is a Fartlek??
Fartlek:
a system of training for distance runners in which the terrain and pace are continually varied to eliminate boredom and enhance the psychological aspects of conditioning.
But really………
I’m avoiding the 2 mile time trial this week.
The time trial is just to get a look at our current fitness. Also it serves as a high intensity work out. Just a couple weeks till our first meet, so we need to get some hard work in that is close to a 5k.
