We are working on race rhythm this week. Darby Dash is the same site as the District meet so its a great opportunity to preview the District site and get a feel for the flatness of the District course. Focus on race rhythm!! This is also a solid fitness check point because the Darby Dash is only 2 miles, so we will be able to look back at your last 2 mile race in August to see if we’ve made any fitness gains. After that we will have a workout that is going to focus on more hills, to prep for the OHC Conference race and more speed rhythm at the end of the week. I expect to see signs of improved fitness with some SB’s at the Darby Dash.
