Living

For most of us this summer Open Runs have been a carousel that we are all jumping on and off of week to week. Living up the summer break when we get a chance and then getting back to running. Some how I got a little bit of a break this last week. Pools, playgrounds and feeding calves in Michigan.

We got 1 month till official practice, take it all in we are going to be hammering soon!
